Daniel F. Palmer, Chairman, has been in the insurance business 50 years, and at PMN since 1956. Dan is our farm specialist along with other personal lines needs, and has always given his clients excellent personal service.

Steven A. Miller, CIC, President, has over 30 years in insurance since joining PMN upon his graduation from Capital University in 1974. Steve earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1991. He has expertise in many areas of commercial insurance and bonding.

Ronald E. Nelson, CPCU, CIC, Executive Vice President, started in the insurance industry in 1970. He gained experience as a claims adjustor and marketing manager in his early career. Joining the agency ranks in 1979, he has been with PMN since 1988. Ron attained his designation as a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter, and has also attained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. He has taught many high level insurance classes, and his expertise in commercial insurance benefits his many and varied clients. Ron also originated and heads up our Delivery Program.

Andrew L. Palmer, CIC, Vice President, has over 25 years experience in insurance, and has been at PMN since 1982. He attended Ohio State University and graduated from Franklin University in 1981. He has earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation and works very diligently for all his commercial and personal insurance clients.

Mary S. Nelson, CISR, CPIA, Assistant Vice President, started in the insurance industry in 1974. Mary manages our commercial account representatives and our exclusive Delivery Program.

David Gaffney, CIC, has been with PMN since 1988. David obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2001. Dave specializes in personal insurance coverage and works hard to secure the proper coverages for each individual situation.

In addition, we have a staff of professionals who are here to provide service to you. Several of our Representatives have attained the designation of CISR, Certified Insurance Service Representative.
